Permissions and Rights

> I hold the right to decline any commission or request.> I hold right to add any works created by myself to my personal portfolio. They will not be used for my own commercial use, only a portfolio.> You are welcome to post the work or use it for any purpose that is NOT commercial or for-profit use.> Please give credit if you plan to post it to other platforms. (unless discussed otherwise).> Do not edit or alter after completion. At most, cropping is allowed, but do not draw over or trace the completed art.> I do not do NFTs. NFT minting of any of my work is not allowed. Any NFTs sold of my art are against my terms and will be considered theft.

Payment & Refunds

Forms of payment accepted:

> Venmo
> Cash AppPayment will be in two (2) installments: half (50%) before starting and half (50%) when the commission is finished. You are allowed to pay all (100%) upfront if you wish, but you must have at least half of the payment before starting.If I have not started, you may get a full refund. If I have started but have NOT finished at least half of the order, you may get a partial refund (up to half of the total price).

Pricing and Process

The following will result in additional charges:
> Complex clothing/hair/accessories/weapons
> Complex backgroundsWhen your commission has been accepted, you will be added to the queue. When I get to your name in the queue, at least 50% of the payment will be expected before I begin.Once the commission is finished then the remaining cost is due. The full resolution work will be withheld until the payment is filled in full.

Turnaround Times

Timing of the piece depends on energy levels and business as well. Please have patience with me, I will try to get your request done in a timely manner.The following are estimated times that it will take for me to finish each phase:
> Sketching: three (3) days
> Colors: one (1) week
> Shading: two (2) weeksIf the above times have passed and I haven't gotten back to you, please feel free to reach out for an update.
